Refund policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in their original unused condition for return
• Return shipping is flat rate 60 LE
• In case return is requested due to error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent), return shipping fee is waived
• Once item is returned, it is inspected and a refund is issued
• Cash on pickup option not available for return
